Fountain au Choc-o-lat terms and conditions
All deposits are non-refundable
Booking dates are provisional until deposit has been received
Remaining balance must be paid in cash on the date of the event or by cheque at least 10 days before the event
If Fountain au choc-o-lat are to supply dipping items, we must receive accurate numbers of guests otherwise we cannot be held responsible if there are not enough dipping items to last for the arranged hire time.
A sturdy level table is required (preferably round 5’/ 6’) situated as close to a 2 plug domestic electrical socket
If for any reason we have to cancel the event we will refund you within 7 days
If in the unlikely event the equipment fails to work we will refund you within 7 days
If the venue is changed for any reason we need to be informed at least 48 hours prior in order to rearrange.
Once the deposit is paid you are therefore agreeing to the hirer’s terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for any claims against chocolate spillages on clothes, carpet or furniture, once the booking is complete
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
