How long are we normally there?
At a normal event we are there for around 3 hours however time can be discussed for longer sessions.
What are the usual dips?
At fountain au choc-o-lat we try and range our dips to your choices to suit your event, although we will guide and give advice on the best and most appropriate dips the choice is yours ranging from fruit to sweets and fudge - Our popcorn cart can also be salty or sweet.
Can you stay for longer than the normal hours?
Yes we can stay for the whole day or night but it would need to be discussed within the quote.
What types of chocolate are used in the fountain?
We use the very best Belgium chocolate, and give a variety of milk, dark , white or even pink (strawberry), orange (orange), or green (lime) chocolate.
Can the chocolate fountain be used outside?
We advise against using the chocolate fountain outside as it can affect the fountains flow due to temperature changes. However, we can provide the fountain in a marquee as long as we have a sturdy floor level.
Is there anything I need to provide?
During the day you will not be needed for anything so you can just enjoy your event. Before hand we do however need a table which measures 5ft, big enough to fit the chocolate fountain on. We also ask for a place to clean the equipment up after the event.
Is an operator essential?
An operator is essential for the chocolate fountain as it allows the fountain to maintain its flow and work properly without any glitches. - The popcorn cart is however hireable without an operator where we will deliver the popcorn machine to you and before leaving run through how it works and leave full instructions as well as a personal phone number.
How and when should we book?
You should try and book at least 3 months before your event however if running late we will always try our best to cater for your event. You can book by receiving a quote online with a contact number which we can then call to confirm the booking or ring our 24 hour contact number to book.
